Outstanding service with a smile, Chem-Dry of Southern Idaho is far and away the best I have seen in Southern Idaho. Jason S and Jake H naturally are professional and excellent at their craft but it is the human element that makes them and this outfit better than all other carpet-cleaners out there. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did at my home and felt like I had gained sincere and honest professional relationships along the way. Just outstanding!

Jason was incredibly considerate. He came to my home and detailed the inside of my vehicle. My seats had been deeply stained for years. A year ago, I had attempted to get the stains out myself and it turned out to be an impossible job. The stains ended up even worse. Jason’s service was professional, efficient, and not time-consuming at all. Every stain was removed. My car’s appearance on the inside looked as if it was brand new again! He did an impressive job! We have been using Chem-Dry of Southern Idaho for quite some time now. They usually do our carpet cleaning but occasionally we will hire them to clean tile in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Jason always does a great job and everything always ends up looking amazing. What I really enjoy is how fast the carpet dries after the cleaning us done, compared to other companies that take a couple days, Chem-Dry of Southern Idaho takes barely a day! Jason is the type of guy that I could trust to leave my home open for him so that he could come in and do the work and leave. Very responsible and professional !
